For one of our pan European projects we are currently looking to hire a Project Assistant to join our team
As a Project Assistant you will work collaboratively with our assigned project team to ensure full support where required for all stakeholders. Reporting into our Project Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the joint team calendars, organising team meetings, tracking project activities, onboarding, room bookings, meal bookings and other administrative tasks when required.
As the team Project Assistant you will play a key role in managing various activities between the regional team and country teams including organising meetings, materials, as well as handling company systems for expenses and learning solutions. Requirements
To be suitable for this opportunity, you should have a Life Science or Business degree (or equivalent), previous experience within an administrative role (preferably within the pharmaceutical industry), excellent MS skills (word, PowerPoint and Excel), strong organisational skills, good time management skills and pay strong attention to detail.
