Overview
The PC will work collaboratively across the country commercial and medical project team and support the relevant stakeholders. Reporting into the Country Lead, this function is focused on contributing to operational success of the country project team. The PC plays a key role in the team organization and therefore has excellent communication and office administration skills.

Responsibilities
  • Help develop, plan, organize the work of the country team (KAM, MSL) in close collaboration with the country lead
  • Manages specific projects independently (medical events, business meetings, etc) following a detailed briefing
  • Support the coordination of material localization including local medical/regulatory and legal review
  • Support the team with administrative help (travel, approvals, requests, purchase orders,etc)
  • Coordinate queries between the country field based team and the back office
  • Coordinate country internal commercial and medical activities (staff meetings, logistic support)
  • Serves as country communication liaison and ensures sharing of information/best practices
  • Provide insight to increase efficiency, effectiveness and profitability
  • Travels occasionally to support event/meeting organization
  • Supports on-boarding of newly assigned staff
  • Liaising directly with customers, vendors, 3 rd party suppliers and ensuring customer communications are transmitted to relevant team members


Job Requirements
  • Significant experience in office administration including external vendor management
  • Experience in organizing meetings/congress activities /material review processes
  • Proven ability to execute projects with good time management skills
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Experience in working in a matrix organisation
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PPT and Word)
  • Ideally previous PC experience in the pharmaceutical/ or other relevant sector
  • Experience in work in an international environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deliver results while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
  • Good time management and administrative skills
  • Self-motivated and must thrive on challenges
  • Proven team player and key contributor to overall team motivation/spirit
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work independently and as a part of diverse teams
  • Ability to maintain high level of ethical and compliance standards
