This role provides day-to-day office management and reception cover across Syneos Health within the London Office. This role forms a part of the Centralised Business Support Administration team and will report into the Senior Operations Manager.


Key responsibilities
  • Office tour & induction for new joiners
  • Manage security passes for joiners and leavers
  • Manage general stationary order and suppliers including Majestic, RedCup, and milk
  • Dealing & resolving all maintenance issues around the office
  • AMEX travel - you will be the contact person for AMEX, escalating queries to account manager and resolving issues
  • Work with Employee Forum to coordinate social events throughout the year
  • Work with the Corporate Communications team contributing on behalf of centralised operations
  • Coordinate with the admin team to ensure the Senior Business Leaders have PA support
  • Supplier relationships - regular meetings with suppliers to review performance and cost.
  • Responsible for office supplies
  • Represent Syneos Health at monthly Landlord meetings
  • Providing reception cover when required
  • Manage Condeco (meeting room booking system)
  • Overseeing the Fire Safety / Firewarden duties and responsibilities ensuring training is up to date in conjunction with the Team Administrators

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, enthusiastic and friendly
