Overview
The primary purpose of the Account Executive is to support the advertising account team on the day-to-day running of the designtated client account. Tasks will include timing plans, estimates, budget control and assisting the trafficking of work through the creative services department, which will enable us to provide you with a solid grounding in servicing our clients' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Help deliver on the activities of team members in order to ensure client accounts are delivered timely and with exceptional quality
  • Assist briefing and brainstorming meetings with the multi-disciplinary team
  • Support with gathering brand and market information, presenting when needed
  • Work with our creative and studio process from briefing to the final output
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on agreed actions
  • Assist in delivering a high standard of materials to clients (on brief, on time and accurate)
  • Understand and adhere to client processes and approval regulations
  • Provide team support as required, working with a positive and 'can-do' attitude


Job Requirements
  • Degree educated within advertising or a similar field
  • Understanding of the role of advertising within the marketing mix
  • Good organisational and administration skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and good proofreading skills
  • Solution focused - suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate
