Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to assist in all client projects & campaign processes to deliver excellent service within timescales and budget. This may include, but is not limited to, managing the campaign process, including; creating timing plans, managing budgets and internal sign off, being proactive in their approach to the role, ensuring that they are actively contributing to the account, ensuring all of the above by prioritising, delegating and managing their time and ensuring that their line managers are up to date on all aspects of their projects.

Responsibilities
Client Services Management

•Continuously provide updated information regarding the status of work, always managing the team's expectations

•Ensure the team is kept up to date with any developments on the client's business including any relevant competitor information / media articles

•Begin to build thorough knowledge of tactical and administrative processes

•Understanding of client/agency relationships and service

•Learn clients' internal regulatory review processes and systems

•Begin to build understanding of the execution of marketing and communications plans

•Begin to build understanding of budget development and management

Product / Task Leadership

•Establish a reputation for effective and reliable delivery of high-quality projects and written materials

•Build thorough knowledge of expectations, processes and timelines involved in effective, high-quality project management

•Keep track of deadlines

•Deliver consistent quality, with proactive, effective and efficient results that meet or exceed client expectations

Business Management

•Begin to build thorough knowledge of the agency's business operations, shared services, and other divisions

•Begin to understand budgeting and invoicing processes

•Expand knowledge of public relations

•Begin to develop understanding of the overall healthcare industry

•Understanding how/when to identify and flag work, project or client issues

•Begin to develop core public relations skills

Team Orientation/Collaboration

•A self starter, be able to use their initiative and take responsibility

•Provide team support as required, working with a positive, 'can-do' attitude

•Exhibit enthusiasm and a willingness to learn internal disciplines

•Volunteer to take on team assignments and jump in wherever possible

•Be a proactive team player

•Understand agency team structure and role within team

Job Requirements

•Degree educated

•Strong communication skills

•Ability to flex style according to the needs of clients and teams

•Ability to work competently under pressure

•Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

•Demonstrates and maintain up-to-date knowledge and capability in all main software packages, including Microsoft Office
