As a Project Support Officer you will play a vital role in driving this project forward from planning to implementation. You will log, manage and analyse information on the progress using Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as other bespoke databases.
Assisting the Project team in the oversight and management of the project on a day-to-day basis to deliver in line with agreed project plans.
Team action tracking and follow up to ensure delivery of key activities in a timely manner
Arranging meetings and workshops while documenting discussions and outcomes, cascading the information to all concerned
Ownership of specific project tasks and responsibility of own agreed deliverables, including team newsletter
External meeting logistics and support in development of meeting materials, including PPT development
Implementing project process improvements and governance requirements.
Shared portal management.
Provide administrative support to senior management, including completing expenses, diary management, travel bookings, meeting room bookings, lunch bookings etc
Managing administrative tasks as and when they arise.
PSO experience in a large fast paced global organisation is essential
Strong skills in Excel and Powerpoint
Strong administrative skills
Experience working in a complex matrixed organisation
Good relationship and stakeholder management skills
Must be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
