Due to our clients continued expansion into the UK, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to build successful University relations and build a strong talent network.
Your role will be responsible for:
Personally sourcing candidates and building positive university relations
Personally screening candidates as necessary
Updating candidate records in applicant tracking system
Interview all qualified candidates
Managing the candidate progress through hiring manager interviews
Being the primary recruiting contact with all qualified candidates
Promoting a referral program, managing referrals and providing feedback to referring party
Utilize additional resources appropriately
Attend job fairs, open houses, and recruitment events as identified
The successful candidate will possess:
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting and/or staffing environment; strong experience recruiting for early career / industrial placements.
Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Office products and Windows based contact management system (web-based preferred).
The ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery and do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Must have the ability to develop rapport with others and build network of qualified candidates
