We are searching for a leader of our executive and professional search practice to establish TSP in the UK and EU, drive new sales and eventually build an experienced team of search directors and associates.  Our services range from Executive Search to RPO and direct sourcing for our clients.
 The Director is responsible for Business Development through researching and generating sales leads. Client Account Management by managing external communication with current and potential clients, designing and presenting solutions, negotiating pricing and contracts. Indirect leadership of recruitment on client projects. Leading on Executive searches and ultimately driving new business revenue for tsp. This position reports to the Head of EU Commercial Recruiting and is a member of the tsp leadership team.

 UK Based in London or Farnborough


  • Lead tsp’s executive search practice in the UK and EU
  • Work with tsp leadership to set growth strategy for the health and life science search practice.
  • Research main points-of-contact at target organisations and maintain updated target list.
  • Keep CRM up-to-date with all relevant sales activities.
  • Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Frequenttrav el to meet face-to-face with prospects (40 - 50%).
  • Close collaboration with tsp and Syneos Health business development teams  responsible for negotiating pricing and      contracts.
  • Build and lead a team of tsp search directors and associates.


Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in a field related to marketing, business, human resources or life science
  • Extensive experience in executive search or a commercial executive looking to leverage his/her relationships in a new career
  • Line Management experience
  • Demonstrable evidence of growing a business and bringing in new contacts
  • Knowledge of he life science industry
  • Experience with both consultative and transactional sales
  • Demonstrable written and oral communication skills
  • Team player that is comfortable selling alongside other tsp practice leaders
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work independently
