The primary purpose of this role is to support the account team on the day to day running of our client accounts. This will include responsibilities such as, timing plans, estimates, budget control and assisting the flow of work through the creative services department.

All the above will provide a solid grounding in servicing our clients needs to a high level of excellence.


Client Services Management

•Build thorough knowledge of tactical & administrative processes
•Build understanding of client/agency relationships & service
•Build understanding of the execution of medical communications plans

Product/Task Leadership & Accountability

•Build a reputation for effective & reliable delivery of high-quality projects
•Keep track of deadlines, develop project timelines, in conjunction with senior members of the project team
•Arrange internal project kick-off meetings
•Attend client meetings/conferences; produce minutes and/or contact reports within agreed timeframes
•Assist more  senior team members in development of creative briefs and ensure actions are properly tracked
•Ensure the quality check system is followed and completed for all projects, at all stages, by all members of the team

Business Management

•Establish knowledge of  the agency’s business operations, shared services, and other divisions
•Develop deeper knowledge of budgeting and invoicing process
•Manage client’s internal regulatory review process
•Continue building knowledge of medical communications
•Continue developing understanding of the overall healthcare industry
•Responsible for accurate input of all hours worked onto timesheets on a daily basis for self

Team Orientation/Collaboration

•Provide team support as required, working with a positive & “can-do” attitude
•Exhibit enthusiasm & a willingness to learn internal disciplines
•Share information and ideas with others to enable them to accomplish team goals
•Continue to be a proactive team player
•Participate and begin to contribute to the culture of the wider team
•Prepare to contribute to company meetings

Job Requirements

•Degree Educated within a scientific discipline (or equivalent) 
•Good organizational and administration skills with some experience within a Med Comms environment 
•Strong communication skills
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment
•Strong attention to detail and good proof reading skills
•Solution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate
•Ability to use Powerpoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
