Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our client; a European based specialty pharmaceutical company, to lead a team of Key Account Managers to launch 3 new secondary care/hospital products.

Responsibilities

• To lead a team of Key Account Managers focused on selling to a wide range of HCP’s across several therapeutic areas
• To embed a Key Account Management culture in the team
• To ensure the successful launch of 3 innovative products into the hospital sector
• To drive the account plans and strategy

Job Requirements

• Proven experience of leading a Key Account Management team
• An understanding of managing multiple stakeholders in the hospital environment
• A track record of successfully launching new products
• Demonstrate excellent mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills
• Demonstrate commercial acumen and an analytical mindset
