You’ll be joining a growing team who are shaping how healthcare companies track, manage and optimise their marketing communications. As part of the central omni-channel team, you’ll be working alongside ultra-talented people, each of whom excels at the challenge of delivering exceptional results in every activity. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of different projects and to evolve products and services the team offers.

The three core areas that this role will focus on are:

  • define and implement measurement solutions, from strategy development through to optimisation
  • ability to manipulate and analyse numerical data to identify trends and effectively communicate findings with senior stakeholders
  • paid and social campaign management


Main activities
  • Definition of measurement strategies for clients across multichannel campaigns
  • Creation of monthly and deep-dive reports, mining available channel and behavioural data to spot barriers to and opportunities for improved performance
  • Deliver accurate, insightful and actionable analysis to clients
  • Implementation and testing of website, app and campaign tracking to ensure consistent, accurate capture of data
  • Hands on campaign management from initial set up to measurement and optimisation
  • Working with account teams to support global and country teams to optimise campaign performance
  • Creation of campaign attribution models and evaluation of channel cost-effectiveness
  • Contribute to building the digital team’s evolving set of insights and optimisation services, for example advanced targeting and testing
  • Own and manage analytics projects from end to end
  • Analyse how campaigns are performing and proactively improve them
  • Create tracking specifications for marketing campaigns
  • Set up of marketing dashboards and reports to assist analysis
  • Delivering monthly / quarterly reporting for teams and campaigns across the business
  • Support the wider digital team with analytics and insights projects
  • Produce hoc analysis on website behaviour, KPI trends and engagement
  • Conduct tagging and testing of websites and mobile apps
  • Set up paid and social campaigns

Job Requirements

Core Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • High level of familiarity with one or more of the following analytics tools: Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Solution focused – suggesting ideas and recommendations to improve what we do, wherever relevant
  • Demonstrable experience of paid campaign management using tools such as Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform and Google Ad Manager
  • Knowledge of paid social campaign management across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • High level of competency manipulating data within Microsoft Excel; competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong numerical and analytics abilities
  • A good understanding of digital marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Comfortable working with a geographically distributed team, across different time zones

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience of Tag Management Systems such as Google Tag Manger or Tealium
  • Visualisation and use of BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or QlikSense
  • Application of data science tools and techniques: familiarity with SQL, Python, or R

Background and professional experience

  • An undergraduate degree is essential
  • Strong relevant experience working in a digital marketing team / agency environment
  • Experience planning and managing workload to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Some previous experience within healthcare / nutrition would be beneficial but not essential
