Overview

As Supervisor, Programmatic Client Services you will play a role that combines responsibilities in client management, sales (crafting tailored proposals), and product development (assisting in the evolution of our Digital Amplifier for Field Sales & Clinical Trial Recruiting solutions). You will be one of the primary voices in communicating the value proposition of our programmatic offerings to internal & external clients, as well as to Syneos colleagues around the organization. Working closely with our campaign management team, you’ll ensure that our programs are driving success for our clients.  You will be supported by highly capable & smart technology experts in Data Science, Programmatic Platforms & Advertising Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Kinetic representative to internal agencies, internal clinical teams, external agencies and brand direct clients.
  • You enjoy helping clients learn to apply complex programmatic technologies for their use cases.
  • Business Development: Partnering with BD team to craft specific programmatic media proposals to achieve client objectives.
  • Client Management: Day-to-Day point person for internal and external clients, including leading status and reporting calls.
  • Be a product/vertical/subject matter expert and collaborate with cross functional teams for the rollout of new features and functionality
  • Keep up to date with industry trends in marketing and advertising technology.
  • Building and presenting capability proposals.
  • As we evolve, you’ll be responsible for building the knowledge-base library of case studies & Power Point proposals so we don’t have to re-create content from scratch.
  • Become highly aware of market opportunities (new products & solutions) from client interactions and competitors so our pipeline of new ideas is always evolving for future solutions development.
  • Become the go-to source of answers for internal and external clients.
  • Manage pricing & bundling for proposals.
  • Participate in weekly campaign reviews to help define optimization priorities and evolve KPI improvements.
  • Your focus will be programmatic solutions, but you will also need to interact with our search & social teams.
  • Experienced with the various strategies and tactics of programmatic campaigns in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Requirements

  • You are curious, inquisitive and excited about the continued evolution of programmatic technology and it’s applications.
  • You know best practices for creative banner design including calls-to-action, taglines and technology.
  • Expertise in strategies/tactics of programmatic buying and campaign design with DSPs.
  • Demonstrated quantitative capability using pivot tables and the math of analyzing programmatic campaign data.
  • Experience in managing complex campaigns in the Pharma category.
  • BS Degree
  • Third-party ad-serving solutions.
  • Comfortable in start-up-like environments, requiring fast thinking and often without documented workflows.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • You know how to generate reports from programmatic platforms (primarily DSPs).
  • BONUS if you know landing page and digital form-fill best practices.  
  • Experience with search and social marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) a plus.
