Our client, a London based, VC backed health data / analytics company are seeking a passionate, high-energy and motivated analytics and delivery professional with multi-discipline Private Sector, Public Sector and healthcare analytics capabilities. Customer, success and experience is at the heart of every decision they make. This Sales Director will be responsible for identifying and delivering new revenue opportunities in their market; growing revenue from the client base; creating a sustainable strategy for future growth and delivering accurate revenue projections.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the executive team and board of directors to develop growth strategies for pioneering new markets and competitive opportunities

Source and win new NHS contracts and develop tactical opportunities

Build a robust and accurate revenue pipeline and forecasting

Build cohesive short, medium- and long-term sales plans

Create a ‘lean start up’ mentality of constant experimentation and learning

Responsible for the sustainable growth of the business by increasing revenue year on year

Job Requirements

A successful and demonstrable track record selling software or services to the NHS and/or private sector (potentially including CCG teams, NHS England and other relevant Health / Bioscience verticals)

Proven experience of building and leading high-performance sales teams

A deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing and the latest trends in digital advertising

Strong ability with data analytics

Understanding of how to establish and maintain excellent relationships with C-level executives of key target clients and channel partners
